heyyy every one due to a few months of letting myself gooo i have decided on fasting again ! i have always managed to get to day 5 or soo then i crumble so i aiming for atleast 21 dayys hopefully maybe its abit of a high aim
maybee because i have always done it alone and not used a forum like this anywayys i have done it properly this time planned joined a gym etc and give myself atleast an hour of light exercise in the gym as we all know 1ce u stop the fast and binge all the hard work is ruined :( so maybe on my week off fasting i will 2 hours soo i do not spoil my hard work
