Constipation

When you say a vertebrae is out, does it mean that it requires chiropractic treatment to treat it?

The constipation problem has been troubling me for the past year.

Funny thing is, I don't feel bloated at all. I don't feel like going. Could it be that I am eating too little?

Taking Oxypowder (Ozonated Magnesium Oxides) used to help me. Nowadays, it doesn't have much effect either. Taking 4g of triphala doesn't help much either.

I used to take John Christopher formula LBB containing cascara sargada for 6 months. When I saw in this forum that it is no good, I have stopped taking it daily. I still take in once a week though as I still have stock.

I am not sure what else I could do to help with the constipation.

I have done numerous tests:
- endoscopy
- colonoscopy (minor haemmoroid)
- cystocopy
- diabetes
- kidney test
- TSH & basal test

Everything was normal. Yet, I could not explain my weight loss (10kg from 62 to 52) and constipation.

The doc wants to do a CT scan on my abdomen just to ensure that everything is really all right. I am leaning towards doing it as I am really at my wits end on what to do. Do you think it's a good idea?

I notice that I am also very tense throughout the body. Not sure if that is adrenal fatigue or not. I can't even relax when I sleep. Waking up I will not feel refreshed. When I urinate, I really feel my body is tense.
