once more thank you for your precious help!

I completely agree with Uny and you, that essential oils will only be one element of my (and any) healing plan. I know that the groundwork ( colon cleansing, liver, kidneys, nourishing, etc.) is most important to heal my infection and I am working on that.

And thank you for reminding me of the importance of a thorough colon cleanse. -Such words really keep me motivated. I am currently colon cleansing and am prepared to go for several weeks/months.

Thank you for the in-depth-info about essential oils regarding PHENOLS AND PHENYLPROPANOIDS, MONOTERPENES and SESQUITERPENES. - This is a whole new world to me. - amazing.

I will start now to use the oils as you have suggested:

1. Massage them into the bottoms of my feet / foot reflexology.
2. Massage them into the blocked areas of my body (colon, liver).
3. Massage them into the area at the base of my skull / neck.
4. Apply them on the sites of skin infection, going slowly and observing how they affect the infection

I assume, it's ok to do all 4 application methods at the same time, or should I chose one external application method and only do that for a while?

Thank you also for reccomending specific oils. With your suggestions and my research, I now have a good list of oils, I can work with.
