calcium issue??

hi all,

hope everyone is progressing well.
i have my days,
but things are generally getting better.
but developed a new issue last couple of weeks.

one of my top front teeth is hurting.
i suspected it might be all that phosphoric acid i'm
consuming, but when i look at the tooth it looks
like it is "thinning" out from the inside.
(it's not solid white anymore, but kinda light blueish/
transparent like on the bottom third.
If I press my tongue next to it from the inside of my mouth,
I can see the pinkness through the tooth).

it's the pain that bothers me ths most -
i guess with the liver issues, could i be losing calcium???
the rest of my teeth a pretty good, just one white filing.
personally i cant see how a dentist can help here.

anyways, any recommendations? changes to diet etc??
don't want to get any worse obviously,
and could do without the pain.

many thanks,
