Yes, you are also correct that the stomach needs to be acidic, and that H.Pylori excretes chemicals that help to raise the stomachs ph so that it can live and dig in to the stomach lining.
The wonderful thing about alkaline solution of chlorine dioxide can be made to have a pH of 6.8-7.2 kinda the same as water, so you are not against drinking water are you?
And if the water has chlorine dioxide which is proven to kill H. Pylori is not this great!.
Come On really. and if the solution is moderated to only have a residual of 3ppm of chlorine dioxide as the EPA approves, and if as our research shows that levels as low as 1ppm kills this bad guy then o.k. what is the harm in trying?
