Error when ordering from supplement clinic

Problems ordering from Supplement clinic.

How come they don't have a "contact us" email or something, for customers outside the US, since the toll free number cannot be reached from abroad.

When one tries to add an item to the shopping cart, the following error message appears:

Can this be fixed 'cause currently, with errors like this, it does not feel like a secure website at all.
