I'm sure many here would like to be of help, but you will have to be a little bit more specific. When you say "lodged under my ribs", does that mean under your ribs on both sides? Or only right? Or left?

If it would be on the right side only, it could mean Giardia, but also a malfunction of an inner organ.

If, what you describe, is in fact a parasite, then you would show symptons of feeling ill after all these years. Do you feel ill? And if so, what is it that gives you a hard time?

Please be as specific as you can in your situation. Let us know about everything that bothers you. Chances are high then that somebody will be able to lead you into the right direction.

For the time being, do not care about what your family members say. Use all your energy to get healthy again. It's good that you've dropped in here to find some help and advice. I very much hope that we can be of help to you.
