A few ideas for U
Hi, janeinthemtns!
Love yr CZ handle!
Sounds like you have done a lot to help yourself. In that you have been richly blessed!!!!
I have also suffered from chem injury/sensitivity much of my life, and am the same age as you are. Have made very significat improvment over the last 3-4 years.
The most important thing for me has been to maintain my spiritual/mental/emotional balance. Without that, it is impossible to excercise the practical thinking ability necessary to manage these challenging chronic health conditions. I regularly teach regarding those matters in other venues than online.
The most important, dare I say foundational, phyical health practice I use consists of using info from sickness health.com, formerly Ask Moreless here at CZ. My steady and significant improvement dates from my discovery of this info, ans anyone can see if they check out my [MANY!!!] past CZ posts.
In addition, desensitization has helped me reduce my toxic load. No longer have to deal with inhalant or
food allergies , which were once quite a large part of my problem.
See my posts in about 2008 at the Urine therapy forum for what worked best and was absolutely FREE!!!!
Another option might be chlorestramine/ Dr. Shoemaker's protocol. Have not tried this yet, but am carefully considering it.
Keep us posted on what you are trying and how you are doing. Doing good to others in need when it is in our power to do so is key to true healing!!!!
Keep seeking, applying, sharing acurate knowledge in order to
Keep seeking abundant life and joy!!!
NEVER EVER GIVE UP!!!!
