Did you stop hair loss or regrow hair?

I'd like to hear from those that were able to stop their hair loss and/or grow hair where once there was none (of few), both female and male.

Home remedies, oils, topicals, diet, heavy metal detox, de-worming, allergies, milk, wheat, gluten, sugars, water, herbs, dental health, etc.. anything that worked is worth mentioning.

In doing so, your stories and experienced will save newbies like me and many thousands of hours of research and help us hone-in on the things that work best so we can then experiment / research these things that worked for you!

This if for AGA, male pattern, female pattern baldness not other forms of baldness.
