The pair should be held accountable. What were their intentions of filming if not to ridicule and expose the student? These aren't children with difficulties understanding their actions. They knew full well they were bullying this man, for no reason other than entertainment.

First and foremost, they should publicly apologize to their victim's family. Second, be charged with murder.
