Muscle, ligaments, sprain

Warm greetings Dr. Lam ( warm for LA area this day, very out of the ordinary to see over 100 there)

But, very important and I thank you ahead for your valued time and advise.

As on your website ( which I have read several times) in my severe 3-4th stage adrenal fatigue, I've had my share of joint and muscle problems, with the degenation.

I seemed to be doing ok but my knees seems a little weaker and crackling more when moving. Well, I over walked last week and after sitting at the computer in the evening, upon getting up.....immediant pain in my knee, so bad I could not walk on it at all. The adrenaline, and anxiety came along with it making it a bad night.

I took Ibephrofin, a valilum, iced it and went to bed. Needless to say, the adrenals taking another punch.

Been to the doctor, and starting ultra sound tomarrow, on crutches and elastic knee braces on both knees now, as putting all the pressure on the good leg has now been causing problems with that knee. I do have fairly good range of motion ( good ) but feels like my knees want to go backward and lock up.

Question: Is this both ligament, muscle and cartlidge related? Still due to the lower cortisol output? Not enough Vit. C.?
I've been taking Glucosimine with MSM. Ran out of Proline.
Is there anything you could recommend that right now could help with the over all strengthening of these knees ligaments? Would rubbing some topical cream with cortisone in it help, or just taking the proline etc. as you have outlined?
PS. Now the crutches have been causing more joint pain on my shoulders and wrists. My doctor said taking DHEA 5mg. may help? What do you think. I am so desperate.
