chembusters: are you supposed to put the resin, metal mixture into the copper pipes?...or just the bucket?

I have a question. When making chembusters, are you supposed to put the resin and metal mix into the copper pipes, or just the bucket?...I wanted to make a mini-chembuster with just one copper pipe...also, when making a larger chembuster, is it always necessary to use six pipes?...Thanks so much!!!:) Tweet
