Essiac Tea Formula: What is the ratio of each of the herbs in ounces?

I decided I want to buy each of the herbs for Essiac Tea myself and mix them together myself. I just want to make sure I know what I'm getting.

Would anyone know what the exact ounces are for each of the herbs in the Essiac Tea Formula?

Burdock Root oz ?
Sheep Sorrel oz ?
Slippery Elm oz ?
Turkish/Indian Rhubarb 0Z. ?
