Personally, I'd llike to see Gov. Perry go through with the secession of Texas from the US. We could save alot of federal dollars.

Twiki, your Chicago MBA is showing again. You have a habit of running with the first brain fart that dribbles into that pea brain of your without thinking it through to a logical conclusion.

To begin with, the federal tax monies given to Texas is just a fraction of what it collects from the citizens, and businesses in Texas.

If that isn't enough, think of the extra burden this would be to that idiotic  obummer healthcare. All those Texans not having to buy insurance, or all the Insurance companies that would do business in Texas and create competition that would bring down the cost making insurance cheaper in the state.

The state could focus on preventative health through education, and higher taxes on the junk food, pharmaceuticals, and chemical industries. Allowing, and even promoting alternative health modalities, and herbal supplaments.

And we could ship all the right wing nuts down to live there.

You wouldn't have to. People would move down there in droves further weakening the federal tax, and obummer would finally have to fold his healthcare fiasco.

Texas would ship all the illegals to other states, lock the borders, and arm all the citizens. This would eliminate 90% of the crime. Texas would be what the US used to be.

I am ready to move as soon as secession happens.
