senna tea did not work

I tried drinking senna tea , I took 2 cups one in morning and one before bed,reading every body's review,i tought this tea will bring tons of my waste stuck,surprisingly nothing much no different , I tried for 4 days but no change, then I stopped, does this mean my colon condition is very bad? Al
