Wait 48hrs after last Epsom salt

Not easy to answer this question because I don't know if you have completed any liver-flushes. It is desirable to follow a protocol fully for the first liver-flush or more until you know how you are going to react. Then you can start to change things to suit because you have a bench mark established. The advice is not to have a colonic while Epsom Salt is still in the system and you have watery diarrhoea. It is better to wait 48 hrs after the last Epsom Salts before having a colonic which discount having a colonic instead of Epsom Salts .
