I ordered the systemic drugs by myself. I am taking the standard doses. Fluconazole 200 mg and Lamisil 250 mg. I began with half tablet for the first week. You may not need to take both drugs but I am doing it to avoid resistant and to increse the effect. Lamisil alone isn't very active against candida species but when combined with an azole, it produces a synergistic effect. There isn't way to eliminate your problem if you don't go Rx. The red form of candida penetrates the cells.
