Re: not the same at all
well we're getting closer to some understanding here. Homeopathy has been for me, the true medicine. I am a complete fan, it works fantastically with me, the only side effects are healing crises, and there are never new symptoms. This is what prescriptions should have been - and aren't. I don't know what's different with you and me, whether its the quality of the medications or the some quality in our bodies.
However... there was a 2 month period, in the middle of my illness, where I (bad move) took prednisone. That was the ONE time in my history that I didn't respond to ANY homeopathic medicine. I took the prednisone for 2 months, during which time I noticed that I had ABSOLUTELY no response to any homeopathic medicine that had previously been working. It lasted for about 3 or 4 months after I stopped the prednisone. it took 6 months, maybe longer, afterwards for me to begin fully responding to the homeopathics. This drug was so overpowering to my body's way of being that it cut off my natural response to homeopathics.
I can't say that from now on I won't overstate the harm that prescription drugs cause, because from what I've seen they really do cause it. I realize you don't agree, that's cool. I won't deny that they have saved lives (from flesh eating bacteria, etc.) on occasion. I don't know how these people would have lived with homeopathy, vit c. injections, large quantities of anti-bacterials., etc., perhaps just as well, perhaps not, there's no use wondering.
underneath our arguments, there were personal experiences on both our sides. It took us a while to get there, but we got to the meat of the matter, and I am satisfied. While at first we may not have truly understood where eachother was coming from, I feel like I do understand your experience now after your last note. Thanks for sharing.
