fight or flight?

Can someone please help me figure out if this severe fight or flight feeling could be due to humaworm/parasites? I only have 5 more days of humaworm. Everything has gone very smoothly and I barely even think about the fact that I am on a cleanse. However, tonight I have been feeling like I chugged a gallon of espresso. I can't calm down and feel really anxious. This is out of the blue and I wondered, could it be from humaworm or is there something super wrong with me!
