I don't know what it's like where you live, but there is NO 'effin way that Martial Law would be pulled off in California at this point. Unless they conjured up some major False Flag Event, which people would call BS.

And Project Bluebeam is probably scrapped. Was set to happen in 1983 but was called off. So forget fake Alien Invasions or Religious Appearances (Second Comings) Sorry to be blunt.

Maybe they're doing something or trying in the Gulf area where they may attempt Martial Law, but people need to be aware of the total BS.

Lies, lies, lies. That's all they do. Just be careful from who you hear what, even about the Military. However, there are White Hats within ;)
