The role of social interaction in aging health


This article discusses your memory: how it works and how to improve it.  More social engagement delays memory loss as we age.  Relating to other people exercises the memory at many levels.  Past experiences are constantly being recalled and associated with current perceptions and thoughts.  The resulting associations are themselves stored for future use and the memory is strengthened.
