I fasted for 21 days and I lost a pound per day. However my starting BMI was 31. But even if I didn't lose that weight I would not be disappointed. My skin improved significantly, my wrinkles are almost gone, pores diminished, no sagging skin. Not quite sure, but have a feeling that even my eyesight is better. I'm more than pleased with results and I'm looking forward to fast again.
For me it is too early to say about re-feeding and a weight gain but for now I have a strong repugnance toward junk food I ate before the fast.
