Dear friends,

Just short to report about my 13th flash.

It was a good one. I expelled about 300 stones. Most of them very small (from 2 till 4 ml.) and very few of almost 1 cm.

I used a bit more oil (180ml. instead the usual 120ml.) since I read in Andreas Moritz ' forum that vata types could take more.

Took Chanca Piedra and Oxypowder some days before and I will take Oxypowder some days after.

I also used a warm water bag on my right side (with castor oil underneath).

No pain, not even feeling the stones going.

I made two water (lukewarm but tendency cold, since MH recommend it this way) enemas before the oil/grapefruit mixture, and I'll do another two today at the end of the day.

I had a break of 4 months since I needed to do kidney cleanse, etc. and feel strong again and regain weight. I think this way --going slow-- was specially good for me, because now I feel fresh (instead tired) as if I had not done anything.
