Re: Do the benefits of coconut oil remain when cooked?
Thanks for the fast replies!
gabz123, As far as I'm aware I haven't experienced any die-off from the coconut oil, which confuses me as well.
bm303, I've heard about heavy metals being a culprit of brain fog, although how would I go about removing them from the body? I don't have any fillings, I eat very little fish, and frankly I'm not sure if I have any significant exposure to copper.
Usually in the past, if I had brain fog it would be resolved simply by going to bed early and catching up on sleep. Currently, I'm falling asleep at around 9pm and waking at 6:30am every day for consistency. I definitely seem to exhibit the symptoms of sleep deprivation (excessive tiredness, always yawning, etc.) so perhaps I just need to keep resting, taking more anti-fungals and continue to improve my diet?
I've looked at these three sites before to try and narrow down all the possible causes that apply to me; as far as I know, the only ones that may be true are candida, nutritional deficiencies and, although very unlikely, adrenal burnout (because of candida maybe?):

I'd rather pursue holistic methods rather than medications and such, so perhaps I need to keep doing what I'm doing and keep track of my progress.
