Re: Quantum Touch: how do you tell if a practitioner is good?
Well, they were trying to treat a whole host of symptoms, so it took much longer, I guess. :)
I shall give them a shot, then.
Btw, why is lithium carbonate far more dangerous than lithium orotate?
Lithium orotate is eliminated from the system more effectively than lithium carbonate.
I haven't had any problems with it so far... strange and in fact, it's helped me to recover a lot of memories since I was very forgetful, spaced out, completely out of touch with reality, etc. 600mg per day, in fact. No diagnosis yet but... I've got voices in my head at times(they used to urge me to harm myself), paranoia(convinced my family was out to kill me), delusions(easily convinced I can fly, am super powerful, etc.). So yeah... there's definitely something major going on. :P
And okay, glycine would be useful for calming down hyper-excitement states(I just keep forgetting to get glycine). But what about hyper depression? What would be good for that?
What to use for depression will depend a lot on the cause of the depression. There are numerous causes of depression. Low serotonin, low dopamine, low acetylcholine, low norepinephrine, low prostaglandin levels, high prolactin, low adrenals or thyroid, etc.
Or should I forgo glycine and just get your bone formula?
If you are trying to heal or build up the tissues then the Bone and Joint would be a better choice than glycine alone.
