Re: Is iodine everyday too much of a good thing?

When I saw Brownstein two years ago he said he takes 50mg of Iodoral every day. And I am not quite sure how long that means now, but I have it in my head it is about 6-8 years
He said it took 4 years for his bromide to drop
and when he takes less than 50mg he doesn't feel as good and taking more doesn't seem to make a diff........
