A long, long time ago I sent you a message about an essay called "The Medical Racket" by a dude by the name of Wade Frazer. This 100 page essay traces the development of modern medicine from the stone age to the present, and devotes a whole chapter to both the Pasture/Bechamp issue and the rise of Morris Fishein. It is a fascinating read, even if you know a lot of this stuff, with gruesome tibits of the horrors of early animal experiments, the masculination of healing, the role of the Catholic church...and on and on.
It also includes a historic timeline tracing human development from as far back as 4 million BC.
