It is okay, start taking them as directed, it won't hurt you. RG just wants us to take the Humaworm cleanse before we eat to make sure that the critters are nice and hungry and get a good belly full of the herbs. I forgot a few times and ate the said to myself, it is better that I take the two capsules than not to take them so I took them on a full tummy and it did not hurt me, I just started taking them when I woke up before breakfast and then before I went to bed. Don't worry. Worry makes us sick!!!!! Donna
