Couple of churches here have Saturday as their day of worship.
One of the church leaders told his audience that Sunday was considered the rest day...the sabbath day...and not Saturday.
The preacher said that those who were going to Saturday church was not really following what the bible considered the sabbath day.
also said those folks needed to really attend Sunday church as well...and do some job functions like be a greeter or work in the babysitting job or be a usher.
I like Saturdays because it was more casual wear over the Sunday dress.
Saturdays was easier to get through the parking and not crowded with so many people.
The preacher would even dress casual without a tie ...wear a sweater over a suit.
I didn't have to fight over the crowd to find a seat to sit in.
Yeah, everyday is sabbath day seems right to me too.
I love Sundays...it's one of my favorite days of the week.
Sunday feels good.
You think someday some facist will take Sundays away?
