I *think* it's on Dr. Christopher videos...but it might be the audios:

After one week of doing the B&B/garlic oil ear routine, Dr. Christopher suggests mixing equal parts ACV & water (warm/tepid) and using it with a bulb syringe to rinse the ears.

To do this, he suggests filling the bulb syringe, then turning the head so that one ear faces the floor. Insert the syringe into the ear that is facing the floor (opposite from what one might expect), and softly inject the ACV/water solution. By doing it this way, there's virtually no danger of injecting too much solution or clogging the ear canal, as gravity will be our aid.

This is to rinse away the residue of the oil/tincture mixture that's been used during the week (also ensuring good assimilation of what will be used in the following week). And it's also to remove the wax (and any other debris) that might have been impacted but now loosened by the B&B/oil regimen.
