Re: Viktoras Kulvinskas
Vik's words, taken out of context, because they are part of his history, are not to be taken as where he is now in his relationship with living foods. His mind is like ours, and we are all geniuses when we are clear. He has found that many of his problems are due to his earlier use of foods or flavors to add a salty taste and those, because of the constrictive and acid nature of those foods, caused cravings for oily foods. Once a balance is found, and many of us are back and forth like tennis balls as we experiement with various types of foods, living and dead, one will always be led back to fruits, berries and raw sweet dark young greens, nuts and some vegetables, like watermelon, to maintain optimum health and wellbeing. Dr. Wigmore was so far ahead of everyone when she recommended blending and
juicing because that liquid form is the only form that our little villi in our small intestine can absorb the necessary nutrients. Some people forget that dehydrated foods cause us to need more liquid to make up for the lack, but we can never make up for the lack of enzymes and electricity in the dehydrated foods.
