Today I am so frustrated! I feel great with the juicing, no hunger, no weakness, but yesterday my scales went up 1.5 lb and today another lb. So I gained 2.5 lb in 2 days consuming only about 150 kcals :(
But I keep going, what else can I do. I do not miss food at the moment anyways and every now and then I take a sniff of whatever my friend is eating, that's good enough.
Today' new introduction is lemon and I guess tomorrow I will go for pear. I am also intending to make some vegatable stock from carrots, celeriac and leek so I have something hearty and warm to drink for a change.
