I take an iron tonic for a few weeks every now and then.
I've been taking 1/2 tsp of nettle leaf couple times a day for a week or so.
Question is will this give me all my iron needs? Will this be as good or better than the tonic. I do take a sublingual b12. The tonic is iron/ferritin, and has b12 in it too.
I know C helps absorb iron, and nettle has some C, so if i can get all my needs from the nettle all well and good.
When i make my capilliary mix i will be getting a smaller dose of the nettle, with iron in mind, does this matter?
