curing allergies with liver flush

I read that you have to get out 2500 stones before you cure food allergies in dr. clarks book, anyone know if this is true because i have done two flushes and each produced only about 25 pea size or smaller bright green stones, and at this rate if that is true, it will take forever. Also anyone know if it is normal to feel nauseated two days after the flush I dont have pain but nauseated however I have had problems with nausea prior to this due to constipation problems and ibs. Will continued flushing help these as well? Sorry so many questions new and curious.
