Midge, if you are having trouble getting things going try eating some green apples like Granny Smith, Fuji, or Braeborn (my spelling may be off) daily for a week or so before you flush. The raw apples and apple juice combination seems to help. You could also add 1 tsp-1 TBL of raw apple cider vinegar to your juice for even more natural malic acid. Green leafy veggies, carrots and citrus fruit are also said to be cleansing to the liver. Spices like Turmeric stimulate bile flow. If your liver is as congested as mine was when I started flushing, these things might help.
