Re: Weight gain?

I'm 5'11 - 6'. Use to weight 150 - 155 a year ago. Changed my diet dramatically as I didn't realize I had food allergies and I dropped down to about 135 within weeks last year even though I was eating twice the amount as before change in diet. My guess it was HCG from buski making me bloated.

Gained most of the weight back last year and was much better than before. Problem being is that I've been around 132 for way too many months now no matter how much I eat.

I've even gone so far as to put most of Newport's scripts to run overnight when I'm sleeping which takes about 7 days to go through all of them.

Also, having tons of myco fermentans doesn't help matters, lol.
