Thank You this is a great reply.
as for the concentration I used the method directed in the beginning of the documentation of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement by Humble.

After the first couple of times with the citric acid i switched to apple cider vinegar extract, and the irritation went away and the aweful aftertaste also dissipated.
