Thanks so much for the post and questions. The pain is always there, just too different degrees. For this past occurrence, I woke on Thursday morning and had my usual scrambled egg whites (the real kind) on a lard free tortilla. Lunch was 6 ounces of baked turkey breast with a salad - no dressing just a little apple cider vinegar. Dinner happened to be a protein shake made with fat free milk. That is pretty much my normal routine, except that dinner is normally a piece of grilled chicken and salad. (I am currently working with a naturopath to lose the weight I put on as I need that accountability and am also trying an amino acid protocol to help me in the diet process).
I noticed that since Sunday when I had all that fat in the chocolate and cookies that the pain started to go away quite quickly. When I was eating to comfort myself and gained all that weight, I was eating a very high fat content diet (cookies, ice cream, and cheesecakes) and had the same experience with the pain as I do eating a low fat diet.
