I take an enteric-coated acidophilus/bifidus combination that provides me with 8 billion organisms daily... I do not have an intestinal problem with candida... My candida mutated long ago into the fungal form which then "metastasized" (sp?) into my organs, joints, and nervous system... I'm sure I'm still fighting a slightly leaky gut, which may contribute to auto-immune responses that could be causing some of my symptoms, but since I maintained an aggressive anti-candida diet for over a year (and pretty much still do, actually), and took every gastrointestinal candida fighter known, I doubt that a leaky gut is my problem.... that's why I'm on the Liver Flush Forum to explore this other option.... because the majority of my overt symptoms are gone.... none of the "normal" oral candida fighters can get into the organs, nervous system, etc.... save for maybe GSE... but that's not been proven and is probably not strong enuff to eliminate it completely anyway... hence my interest in diflucan.... But enough on candida.. I've been there, done that, and gotten the tshirt.... I'm already on the Candida Forum asking more questions about other options in that dept... I appreciate any and all advice on liver flushing, tho...thanks for the info so far... Tweet
