Does anyone on this forum have Hashimoto's/mercury/parasites? Tone

Hello everyone, thankyou for all your kind help. I have been told Lugols, KI and another one, but I have special circumstances, does anyone have even 1 of the things that I have? I just want to make sure, what is the best kind? Cause I have so much wrong with me, I want something gentle, yet effective. This is scary stuff, and I know the detox effect can be harsh. Im sure you understand. Please be patient with me, I dont want to just jump off with something way too strong. And I have lost weight lately so I don;t have all the symptoms textbook.
