uk kidney cleanse

Hi

I have lower back pain wich gets worse if I consume dairy or anything like ascorbic acid, turmeric which are high in oxalates. I also have a slight pain and pressure when urinating. With this in mind can anyone recommend a good quality kidney cleanse (ideally in the UK although I could import if necessary)
