is coldness a die off symptom?

Hi again, just another quick question ...
I find that sometimes I get unusually chilly and cold even when the rom is warm, and it's not a feverish shivery type of coldness. Does anyone else experience this? Nothing warms me up when I have days like this, but I don't have these days often.
