Please go to biocranial.com website. It is a little different type of adjustment and did wonders for me as I too have what you all seem to have. neck and back that do not stay put and bother me. After about 4-6 of thesse adjustments... there is much less problem and I think now my issues are pretty much liver. You really feel the difference. If any of these guys are near you use them.
