I have a disc protrusion, i cant take vicodin any more because im allergic

2 days ago i became allergic to vicodin.

Ive been getting really bad reactions to it recently. Chest pain, full body numbness and tingles (bad) anxiety, confusion.

It goes away if i take enough benadryl.

Do you guys know what would cause this or if oxycodone or hydromorphone would do the same thing?
