Vit C complex
posted this again, thought you may have missed it.
The Acerola, rosehips, nettle leaf: amla and gotu kola mix you suggested. Is this 1/2 tsp 3 times a day still. It seems you won't be getting much of each. But the sum of the whole is worth more than the part. Is that the right saying? Trying to think of what it is.
I want to create a natural C mix only as well for my son to take to university. He would not probably need the gotu kola, maybe not the nettle either. I worry about him catching stuff.
So if i did just
Amla; Rosehip; Acerola for his mix. I'm going to capsule for him as well, what ratio? 1/2 tsp again 3 x day?
And this would give a broad spectrum of C plus bioflavanoids? What about some of the other herbs Acaica? are they worth bothering about? I have a lot of ordering to do and want to get it right.
Acerola seem quite expensive to buy as well.
Sorry more questions. The Amla caps i bought said that amla fruit, So if i buy the powder is this the best type?
Are capsuling machines worth buying? It takes me ages to capsulate enough for a pot.
So basically can i get a good vit C and bioflavanoid mix using less of the more expensive herbs. Amla with a bit of Acerola and rosehip say?
Also is my capilliary mix also good for bruising and varicose veins. My mum has bad legs, veins and bruises, so i may make some up for her. Make good Christmas presents for people, especially the flu/cold one i plan to do.
Thanks.
