If you're ready to be free of the Narcissist & the pain

Hi everyone, just new to this forum and want to acknowledge you all and what you have been/are going through. What a crazy, wrenching and totally devastating it is – a relationship with a narcissist. I have been there and I have battled with the pain to the point of feeling numb and nothing (a relief to be honest) to so much anger, confusion, pain and loss (physical, financial, friends, family etc).

I wanted to start with this post and encourage any of you interested in finding another way through this as like so many people here I have struggled in that pain for so long. Unable to get my heart out of it no matter how much my head told me he was nothing, not worth my time, it was all gone, a lie etc. I feel I’ve found a way that really works with the help of a great eBook that I found at

this woman (the author) has been through the worst of it and what I love about her writing is it really understood where I have been and was empowering and inspiring to finally feel someone understood. It’s encouraged me to move beyond being a victim and actually feel like I have some control back and a future and strength in me. Couldn’t recommend it more xx
