A product like EmergenC or a homemade concoction of fresh lemon juice, a pinch of Seasalt , a sweetener and water will provide plenty of electrolyes to keep your system well hydrated and prevent electrolyte imbalance. Do not drink this from the second ES drink flush night or the first ES drink the next morning. I find I can have water or juice right up to the second ES drink, but not after or I get very nauseous. Every one is different, but experience will teach you how far you can go.
