norwegian scabies or Tinea corporis,Pityriasis rosea?

Hi I have this mainly front trunk rash
(papulosquamous lesions- please see,

http://img59.imageshack.us/img59/9716/0905101921.jpg)

that got worse recently guess due to autoinoculation-
-wiped torso and hands with dilluted alcohol and it spread from waist up and on insides of
hands however none on palms
As I remember it did not start on waist area but with a patch above armpit
(please see http://img96.imageshack.us/img96/7295/0905101919.jpg)

It itches a bit when hot/sweaty so i suspect infectious rashes as:
Tinea corporis,Pityriasis rosea,(Candida ruled out-it has no sharp border, no central clearing
and no
satellite lesions),Lichen Planus, molluscum contagiosum(unlikely because spots are tiny and not
dimpled in the middle),herpes(probably not-no blisters),norwegian scabies, beta hemolytic
streptococcus(had that infection elsewhere recently) and maybe psoriasis
Thanks for any ideas
