Fasting to get rid of warts etc...

I'm Water Fasting anyway (on day 14) and I'm realizing, I have this wart growing back on my ear (ugh). Its been gone for two years...

Also, I have this weird patch of hard dry skin under my nose ... Its not irritation, it seems like something else.


Will fasting help with this?
