dehydration

anyone else had periods where suddenly they are getting dehydrated and they really aren't doing anything different?

my fingers say that my Iodine intake has stirred up lead and that is effecting the adrenals and messing with my K/Na balance and causing water out

cold sores usually follow, as I remembered this morning painfully....

this would happen to me when I was chelating regularly in the past, all of a sudden, couldn't drink enough water to do anything about it....

anything I should be looking at?????
